Here's why: "Amazon" does NOT support a review metric score of "ZERO".
The book: Completely deficient in content, structure, and grammer. I've thought of a few accurate quips, but, --they would probable get this review sent to Amazon's Trash Heap. Don't buy this one: It's a "ZERO" in every aspect. ========================================= For a book that released in August 2008, you'd think someone would have mentioned something: --Hey what?
