About the Author

A'ra is a seeker of knowledge, awareness, and understanding, and her life quest has been to intimately know and experience God in her everyday life. This pursuit has culminated in the writing of Communing with the Infinite, a divinely guided adventure.

This book is an example of how A'ra has developed her innate ability to help and support people on their journey. She loves helping clients one on one as a Spiritual Mentor and facilitating empowerment groups in a variety of settings.

Her training includes degrees as an RN, a BA in Communication and Writing, and a license as a Religious Science Practitioner. She's taught in the Communication's Department at Metropolitan State College of Denver and served the mental health community in Colorado for over 10 years. She continues to mentor kids. A'ra continues to explore the Infinite in experiences such as NIA, yoga, hiking, Red Tent Circles, and the Red Hat Society. She lives with her family in Colorado.

Hi, my name is A'ra Blair. I'm a Licensed Spiritual Counselor, Registered Nurse, Pure Awareness and Life Balance Mastery Coach, Trauma Resolution Specialist, and Wellness Adviser, Author, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator.

I use the many facets of my education, training, and life experiences to address all aspects of life including health, relationships, career and life goals, finances, living environment, and spiritual practices.

As a Spiritual Counselor, Coach, and Wellness Adviser, my passion is partnering with people to facilitate their empowerment. I love discovering the Divine in ordinary life experiences and helping people use that connection to foster success, inner peace, love, acceptance, and balance.

My life experience also includes professor in the communication department for Metro State College of Denver, Co and Community Liaison for the Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health and as Parent Advocate for the Jefferson Center for Mental Health. These positions have facilitated my ability to connect with and support people on their path.

My nursing background is in psyche, oncology, and hospice, as well as prison nursing. My years of nursing have complimented my passion for helping people move from pain and suffering to health and wholeness.

In 2007, I retired as the First Sergeant of a U.S. Army Reserve Hospital Unit, which brings 25+ years of leadership education, training, and experience to my work.

Based on her own experiences, A'ra Blair provides creative approaches to developing spiritual awareness and communing with the Infinite. She shares her personal collection of self-healing tools (such as working with chakras, colors, numbers, meditation etc.) that you will refer to again and again.

Whether you are in a relationship or going it alone A'ra Blair's book Communing with the Infinite is a wealth of information to help you cope and survive with the direction your life heads.
