Could not detect any chicory flavor in this coffee. Further, the instant coffee is incredibly poor tasting. Cannot return this product and has been put into the trash

I have used this "Southern" coffee before, so my reorder speaks for itself. The coffee has a great balanced and flavorful chicory flavor. Chicory is an acquired taste, so it may not appeal to everyone. However, for those to like the hearty chicory flavor, you will like this instant coffee. I tried the same brand chicory coffee in the regular brew, but it didn't taste as good as the instant coffee version. I found that a little unusual, as you would expect just the opposite. If you like chicory blended coffee, you will like this product.

excellent product and price. if you enjoy strong new orleans coffee, this is a must for quick on the go enjoyment.

The Community Coffee Instant has a good, mild taste but is not as flavorful as the brewed coffee. It is lower in caffeine, so we like it anyway.

disappoited - the coffee is not dark at all, and there is no aroma. I am going back to my Bustello from now on.

What a great surprise to taste this special coffee. I have served it to friends and
they love the Chicory taste. I am giving it to all my guests now and not apologizing
or serving them instant coffee. I always get a compliments!

I think it is a positive that the chicory is not detectable in this coffee. very strong and bold flavoring for an instant coffee. Others at the luncheon enjoyed it too.

What can I say, it's instant coffee. Guess what it tastes like? You guessed it, it tastes like instant coffee. To say more is pointless.

Although I have not been able to taste the product because of a minor procedure, but the desire to sample the contents of the jar just visually led to a discovery that I am not sure would allow me to enjoy this product ever without reservations: hair trapped inside of the lid. I am hoping that it was human and not animal hair.

With regards to the taste, will provide the update as soon as I am in a position to.

I bought this product because of it's addition of chicory. The taste is smooth, not overly strong, making for a good anytime beverage. It's been added to my subscription list.
