excellent resource poor ups service,

This is an excellent book to supplement any study of community colleges.
I paid for express shipping from amazon and UPS and was left waiting. UPS gets the address wrong, ships it back and forth to their facility. Not good. There should be a choice of shipping agents on amazon. If UPS provides poor service then by association so does amazon. |
