Wicked,
By Victoria Stefan (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Commuting to Life Everyday (Paperback)
All I can say is when will Dumont release his 2nd book? Commuting to Life Everyday is really a new kind of poetry yet it's still simple. It's totally wicked. He really doesn't take crap from anyone. At the same time, he really is a lover who's obviously hurt. I think. Anyway, I want more!

Great imagery,

I liked the book alot because most of the time, the writer doesn't use big words. It goes to show that you can truly write beautiful things without overusing the dictionary or thesaurus. I highly recommend this book. It's a very good read.

Cool,
This review is from: Commuting to Life Everyday (Paperback)
I really find that this book of poetry is like an autobiography and after reading each poem, I yearn to know more about the author. This is a really good collection of poetry. It's sad, it's funny and even sometimes insulting, but in a good way. I love how he sometimes mocks society.

An awesome achievement,
This review is from: Commuting to Life Everyday (Paperback)
Never in my life have ever read a book of poetry so new and fresh. Robert Dumont, in my humble opinion, has re-invented poetry. This guy is so deep and he's blunt and it truly is amazing how he paints an image in your mind. You truly feel and see what he's writing about and what HE is all about. He is very cool.
