I actually bought this book for my sister-in-law as suggested by my wife a year ago...she still hasn't read more than a few pages. I'm convinced now than she gets too much secondary gain from worrying to give it up. My wife and I read it in english and we both loved it. I would have given it 5 stars if it was edition that I read. Maybe there's something about the translation that didn't really grab my sister-in-law's attention. Anyway, for now, I'll say she loves to worry too much. Otherwise, I highly recommend this book for anyone who is ready for it's message.

Este libro ha sido fundamental en ayudar a mi madre e familia poder ver la vida con alegria y sin preocupaciones. La vida puede ser siempre feliz si tenemos la perspectiva correcta de como funcionan las cosas y de que mucho que pensamos que controlamos esta en manos de Dios. Asi que no hay motivo ninguno para preocuparse.

Para dormir mejor y ser feliz... este libro es imprescindible.
