Por ende, defino la citada modalidad como Dominó Latino en Parejas . Este libro resume, de una forma progresiva (de menos a más), todas las Estrategias que pueden ser aplicadas en el Dominó Latino. Además presenta innumerables ejemplos en los cuales los conceptos del juego son asimilados gradualmente. Sin embargo, hemos excluido las jugadas más raras y difíciles para poder ofrecer un producto más fácil de entender y leer. El Dominó Latino no es un juego difícil, el problema es que cada jugador tiene su forma particular de jugarlo. Por lo tanto, unas jugadas pueden ser buenas para un jugador y malas para otro, o vice versa.

Gabriel Antonio Tejeira Arias nació en Ciudad de Panamá, República de Panamá el 28 de Mayo de 1966 y ha estado practicando el pasatiempo del Dominó regularmente desde 1991 en un club privado ubicado en la Ciudad de Panamá. En 1996 tuvo la idea de escribir un libro único en su género el cual explica el Dominó Latino en Parejas desde su base y analizando todas las jugadas desde un punto de vista lógico.
