I have no complaints on this item. I am currently taking a class online and the schools site wanted almost $50.00 more than here. I couldn't beat the deal and it arrived just as stated.

I am very satisfied with the book that I recieved from Amazon. Thankfully when I recieved it there was no damage to the book itself, but the packaging was pretty badly torn. The product is good but maybe a better packaging product would be better, considering the cost of these type of books.

I was sold a textbook that I need for my online Univerity of Phoenix course, (a course that is about $380 per credit-three credit class)that has pages ripped out of the back!!!!! All the pages I need to complete assignments are gone-pages 345-356, and pages 359-386 are gone! I had a perfect score in this class until I discovered to my dismay-while out of country none the less-that the pages are gone, and I could not do an assignment that was due two days ago, nor can I do the assignment due tomorrow. The ad for the book mentioned that it was in good condition, with highlighting and with a sealed programming disc. It was all that, but no where did the ad mention missing pages!!!

What are you going to do about it???? I just got back in country, and now am on a search to at least get copies of missing pages so I can do my work, but have not been able to get that help yet. You cannot make up my perfect score to me! I want something done immmediately!!

Very unhappy customer!

I will not be able to purchase a used book from Amazon again as the book I purchased was missing pages (worksheets) that I needed to complete assignments. I ended up purchasing another book so it cost me twice as much.
