Excellent guide book to A+ Certification. Excellent product of knowledge, book reviews networking and security procedures, as well as maintenance and trouble shooting.

I like this book, it is easy to understand even with a little bit of troubleshooting background, such is what I have. I have only trouble shooted friends and families' computers. Not only does this book and CD give the answers it also tells you why the answer is what it is and I like that.

Very happy with this purchase. This book was a great help to me in this college class. I highly recommend it.

Follow up book to check on your basic computer knowledge. Not the kind of book you think it is. She also tells you to use it with another book. It is definitely a workbook, and you will get a taste of what the it is all about, but not a good book if you have little computer experience and you are hoping to gain more. 21 days of computer repair on line is a free course that you can get over all computer knowledge if you are starting out, and definitely get a A+ Certification book and use this in addition to what ever you have. I have the other book by Michael Meyers which is a good book CompTia A+ All in one Exam Guide, which is great and you can buy it here. Exam Cram A+ looks good as well. Lots of free stuff on the internet as well. Professor Messer has free You Tube Videos that are very helpful as well. Flash cards looks good too! - Sandy

I ordered CompTIA A+ Certification Workbook for Dummies and received a totally different book. I received ComTIA Network+. When I called to get issue corrected I didn't get any help from the person i talked to. Worst service ever.
