I love this bible, it got here right on time, mint condition. It's the perfect size, and I love the red lettering of Jesus' words and the tassel to mark my place.

Its small enough to take with you but still easy to read. I like it better than the KJV because now I can read it and really understand it without getting lost in translation. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this Bible because I wanted something small for backpacking. It's a perfect size and the print isn't too small (but I also have good eyes :)

The NLT is an easy to read translation. It's not for in-depth Biblical study because the translation is more "conversational" than exact. But that being said, it's still a quality translation. It's especially good for folks who know the Bible well and want a "conversational" translation. I liked it so much on my hike, that I use it for everyday reading now. I actually keep it in my purse all the time and it's just the right size.
