Men's vocal ensemble music at its best,
By David Hastings (Stevens Point, WI United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Meilleur De (Audio CD)
The famous French popular singer Edith Piaf discovered this wonderful men's vocal ensemble. Most of the selections are acappella or with sparce accompaniment and represent not only great close-harmony vocal ensemble singing but also provides the listener with a true tonal snapshot of French culture. This recording has special personal meaning for me because I grew up listening to certain selections such as "Moulin Rouge". But, for the new listener, one will be attracted to these wonderful renditions of french popular song.
