This is not a textbook by any means and anyone desiring more depth from it should really look into getting Applied Multivariate Statistical Analysis (6th Edition) and use this as a COMPANION. Not detailed enough to be usefull. One would be better off with a decent book on multivariate methods (e.g. Multivariate Statistics for Wildlife and Ecology Research by McGargail). Code for multivariate methods in R can be found with some effort on the R-project webpage.

This is not a textbook by any means and anyone desiring more depth from it should really look into getting Applied Multivariate Statistical Analysis (6th Edition) and use this as a COMPANION. This is actually a wonderful book to keep within your reach for quick reference for how to accomplish statistical tasks within R. Technically speaking everything in this book can be found online but this saves me so much time. It's well written and has a good examples.
