Sharon Kaye Ward is Director of Research & Marketing for the Committee for Economic Growth, an affiliate of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Partnership, Inc., a Pennsylvania privately-funded economic development organization. She has worked with more than 45 companies locating to Northeastern Pennsylvania. She holds the American Economic Development Council's Certification in Economic Development and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
William Gary Ward is a writer and consultant in corporate training and start-up management. He also has a background in construction and retrofitting of commercial buildings. He has worked with seven major companies during construction and start-up phases, including being the training manager of the $4.5 billion Susquehanna Nuclear Power Plant in Northeast Pennsylvania.
