I bought this as a stocking stuffer and within the first day the letter kept falling off the chain. My boyfriend took a tiny key-ring loop and used that to replace the overstretched/busted link and it's never broken again. I'm a heavy cell phone user and it's gets a lot of wear. It's been 3 months now and almost all the silver has worn off revealing the color below, brass I'm guessing. One rhinestone did fall out but I found it and with a little glue popped it back in. Not sure that much work should be required for a decoration but it was in-expensive and I get a lot of compliments on it. It makes my phone a little more personal and I like that. I'm debating whether to get another one so it looks new again - maybe something else this time.

I gave this as a present and within two hours one of the rhinestones had fallen off. Just was not the quality that I had hoped for.

This is a very well made charm. I do wish it was a bit smaller and that the ad would say the exact measurements. It's about 1.5" tall. Still a nice touch to my cell phone.
