He has been in charge of the Business Law and Practice course on the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of the West of England, Bristol since 1991. (This course has been consistently been rated as "excellent" by the law Society and is regarded as a leader in the market place). He has published in the business law field and is the author of Business Entities: A practical guide published by Sweet and Maxwell, London 1996.
