I bought this on clearance at Staples..for well under $300
The build quality is exactly the same..under $300.First time I have a laptop that doesnt snap..there is always space between keypad and screen when u close.Not sure how that was overseen or if it was designed by choice..I spent long time trying to get snug fit apart from that all other features look and work fine
