bought a used one... works great!!
Has full size PCI slots and one low profile AGP slot. the AGP slot can only take low profile bracket video cards.I am using it as a Media PC inside my TV cabinet. Have installed a wireless PCI card and nvidia low profile video card (geforce 400 mx 8x). The pc has built in speakers, so you get the big sound like external speakers do. off course I connect the audio out to...

Works so far
Works so far. Occationally 'freezes' up. Not sure why. Hopefully it will last a while. I thought it would be 'faster'. Hopefully I did ok buying a used computer instead of new.

Seller Alphatec did not provide the pictured original Microsoft and Compaq CDs, but offered copies. I refused to engage in software piracy, reported the piracy offers to Microsoft and HP, and contacted my bank for a chargeback. On delivery, Alphatec's shipment was 1) labeled by hand with marker over other printing on a monitor shipping box stuffed with broken chunks of recycled Styrofoam, which contaminated the interior of the computer because it wasn't bagged, 2) crawling with tiny ants, 3) soaked with oil or another contaminant, 4) held together with tape applied by USPS, 5) labeled by USPS as possibly undeliverable, and 6) damaged by a corner drop, with a dent to the computer's front bezel. Amazon promised twice to take care of this and did nothing. YMMV. The computer I received will not upgrade to 2 GB of RAM, as stated in HP / Compaq specifications, and labors with 512 MB provided. It's a pretty fast processor, but needs more RAM room. The mixer detects an AUX input but there isn't one.

This is a great computer for either the office or home.The evo d510 is a great investment. It will efficiently handle any task that is given. Thumbs up to the manufacturer.

Works Perfect for a third desktop computer..Came with nothing extra (mouse,keyboard, etc) great for the price under $100
