If you are into geocaching you know the delight of opening a cache and finding something really cool in it (besides trackables, which are always welcomed). You also know the disappointment of finding only moldy fast food toys, or, ever worst, nothing.

I own over 200 trackables and all are either "in-the-wild" or heading there. Yet sometimes I like to leave a nice little charm or memento that the finder can keep if they chose to (O-K, some cachers keep my geocoins, but whatta-ya-gonna-do?). That's where these neat little tokens come in.

For about $1 a piece you can leave a really beautiful gift for the next cacher. Imagine how a child would feel when they get to keep this shiny, colorful metal coin. Plus, if we are to live up to the geocacher's code of leaving each cache better off than when we found it, we really all need good, affordable swag (these are the right size for micros by the way).

These look much nicer in person than they do in the photo. They have a clear gloss coating and have a nice, weighty feel to them. The colors are also bright and attractive. I bought 20 and will buy more as soon as these are gone. Great item!

These are really nice coins. They are about the size of a nickle and like the other reviewer stated when I am out of these I will buy more. The picture seemed fuzzy but the coins are "mint" condition and individually wrapped. Both sides are the same. "If it's gold yer seekin' & tryin ta find yer way, nice pirate treasure indeed. Harr!"

This GeoCoin is beautifully designed and finished. The picture does not do it justice. Geocachers are choosing it over other items in our caches. I think you'll be pleased to offer such a beautiful item to people who find your caches, and you'll enjoy dropping it off in other caches. It looks and feels like like a valuable treasure but costs very little.

This coins are a great treat to geocachers! I agree with the previous review. Finding one of this is very nice. Plus, it is only a dollar each! Do not think it twice.

I bought these to use in our 1st 20 caches. They are of good quality, nice weight, and they are just small enough to fit in a micro (e.g. 35 film cannister) for finders.

Great, inexpensive SWAG. Tired of finding junk in Caches. Leave something kids will like.

Like I said up in the title, these don't stay in the cache too long. I put them in mine, and the "I gave Blood" stickers, head off a happy meal toy, business card good for 10% off your 3rd oil change, and paper clip are still in there, but these things just vanish. Nice treat to get one, so buy some and spread the love. I'm not Mark Zuckerberg that can be buying those $5.95 travel bugs like they're candy. These do the trick nicely.

These are very nice quality geocoins at a terrific price. The size is a little difficult to judge from the picture shown but they are about the size of a U.S. five-cent nickel. Also be aware that these are just cache stash; they are not trackable items at [...] or other geocache web sites. Still, they will be a nice trade item and will fit in pretty much anything except a micro cache. Happy hunting!

I just got my set of 20 Rose Geocoins and I am very impressed. They feel solid and have a lot of fine detail. At 6.1 grams they weigh more than a US quarter which is about 5.67 grams. The coins are about 22mm in diameter and a bit over 2mm in thickness. There is a clear coating of some kind of polymer sealant on them which should serve as a good protection to moisture and possible corrosion. Both sides are exactly the same, north facing in the same direction so if you spin it on the N to S axis 180 degrees you end up with the same view on the back side (as one might expect or hope for). My set came with a very nice little black felt bag (see images I uploaded) which I am also impressed with.

These cost about a dollar each which some might think is too much to spend for swag (Stuff We All Get, i.e. geocache treasure). But you know exactly what they cost going into this purchase so you really have no right to complain about it. Plus I personally think we should be trying to raise the swag bar and these coins certainly do that.

For the price I think you are getting a very high quality geocoin that any cacher would be happy to find in a cache. And that really is what it is all about.
