Purchased 4 cartridges. First one opened did not work and has a racheting sound when it is in a machine. The other three did not go into the printer easily but finally were useable. Life of the thre cartridges was shorter than OEM cartridges. One is totally defective but we do not know where to send it.

This cartridge is doing great so far, but the jury is still out as to whether it is truly going to last as long as an HP 15X cartridge. But, so far, so good. I'm impressed with the quality for the price.
