Purchased 4 cartridges. First one opened did not work and has a racheting sound when it is in a machine. The other three did not go into the printer easily but finally were useable. Life of the thre cartridges was shorter than OEM cartridges. One is totally defective but we do not know where to send it.

This cartridge is doing great so far, but the jury is still out as to whether it is truly going to last as long as an HP 15X cartridge. But, so far, so good. I'm impressed with the quality for the price.

When I ordered this replacement cartridge, I was first drawn to it for the price! It arrived in good time, was simple to insert into my printer, and I have not given it a second thought. At the same time, it has not given me a single reason to think about it--it never fails to do for me exactly what I bought it for. Isn't that the way all purchased products should work out?

I ordered the Compatible HP 15A (C7115A) Black Toner Cartridge from Greattoners. They sent the wrong cartridge. Didn't fit into the printer - wrong levers, fell in and got stuck. Impossible to tell whether the toner was good, since the cartridge didn't fit the HP1200 printer as advertised. On the plus side, greattoners paid the return postage and refunded the money right away.

Although I have only printed a limited number of pages, the toner sems to be doing just fine. Appears to be a great value purchase.

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. The cartridge made a loud clicking noise when printing. Toner was smeared over edge of paper after printing. Caveat emptor!!! Back it goes.

I have had this cartridge for a few months and it works great. Can't tell the difference except much less expensive. Am glad I got two.

Finally got to use it after 10 months in the box. Prints a lovely gray tone all over the sheet. Money down the drain.

Vendor told me to clean the roller and print a dozen sheets. Same results. The roller got streaky immediately. Still junk. Save your money. If they send me another and it works OK, I'll post it here, but for the price I paid, it just isn't worth my postage to return it.

Well, I waited, and they didn't send me another, so I guess they don't give a damn. Avoid this like the plague. I wish I could give zero stars.

Excellent price. Exactly what I needed. Easy to order. Arrived on time. No fuss. Priced better than all the office product stores.
