Was happy to find a drum for a fraction of the typical $150+ for our HP2550. Was easy to replace and works perfectly.

This is the second time I've purchased this item from this vendor. Very happy with product, service and value.

The first drum sent had a fault and Sophia replaced it immediately and very courteously. The replacement was easily installed and works perfectly.

I'm still trying to get this resolved. The item was defective. I'm still waiting for a replacement.

At $180+ for an HP cartridge I was thinking it might be time to just get a new printer. When I found this I was a little skeptical but I figured that if it did not work then it would be new printer time. After receiving the cartridge, I loaded it into the printer and it worked with no problems. I would do this again.

Received drum and it was defective. They shipped another drum to replace it and emailed a shipping tag. They were great to work with and were prompt in shipping. When called on the defective drum the person was effecient, friendly, and prompt in getting a shipping tag emailed for sending back. I highly recommend this company for their products because they stand behind it and know your needs are great so they ship according to your needs.

I installed this refurbished imaging drum a few weeks ago and was pleased to find it works well and there is no difference in print quality. What I don't know is if it will last through a comparable number of copies as a brand new drum. If so, this is a huge savings!!!

So far the product has been working great. We will be buying again when it runs out.See no difference between the much more expensive ones.

I am not sure how well this product, the drum, works. It came in a generic box with no instructions. I saw one tab that said remove. I did not see the second one. I put the drum in my machine and Voila the whole MFC Printer went boom and subsequently damaged the gears on my HP 2840 toner cartridge carrier. The toner cartridges no longer connect with the machine (I have adjusted the carrier but the gears are stripped and so the carrier keeps popping out of place). This was an expensive lesson as I am now looking to use the drum in a replacement. Really dumb is doing the same thing twice and expecting a different result.
