I bought this based on it being described as a NEW cartridge. No where did I read that I was actually buying a REFURBISHED or REFILLED cartrdige.

Included in the packaging were "test results" which somehow didnt show the streaking that was showing up in my printer. I went back to the old cartridge which WAS a genuine HP toner cartridge.

When I tried to call all I got was a busy signal.

I thought my printer was just getting old because of the quality of the print outs that had smudges and streaks but it turns out it was just the cartridge. When I installed this toner cartridge, it printed finer quality than, honestly, I've ever seen come out of my printer (a printer I've had for nearly 10 years, I might add). Fantastic quality at a super price.
