We have bought toner cartridges from this company for our office printers and they are really poor quality, causing streaking and printing poorly. i would recommend shopping elsewhere for remanufactured cartridges.

We use a lot of toner, so we bought the triple pack. The first one dumped large amounts of toner into the printer. The pages were caked with toner so thick it didn't stick to the page any more. We went through almost a full roll of paper towels cleaning the printer out, and ran $30 worth of laser printer cleaner pads through to clean up the mess.

So we cleaned the entire cartridge, cleaned it entirely, and checked it for leaks before trying again (it didn't seem to leak at all). Cleaned the corona wire twice (when first changing the cartridge, and before re-inserting it). It immediately dumped a huge amount of toner into the printer, pages with the center half caked completely black. Cleaned the printer again (about 2 hours each time).

Contacted the seller, they wouldn't replace it unless we did all that a third time. It damages the printer, and costs twice the cartridge cost to clean up each time it dumps itself into the printer and exposes everyone to large amounts of loose toner.

It wasn't worth trying again, we ended up recycling the cartridges with whatever they had in them.

Pure garbage, and there aren't enough negative stars to give the seller (CARTRIDGEWAREHOUSE)regarding support. We had bought a similar product from greattoners in the past and they gave us excellent support whenever we had a problem (and those were just cartridges that didn't last very long). Now with this issue, the low price very quickly becomes large with cleanup costs and time lost and project delays.

Some work great, when they don't they fail big time.

Definitely a buy-at-your-own-risk product.

Terrible!! These throw toner all over inside the printer! They leave toner all over the paper as well and are a MESS! The printer says it's empty, but the unit still feels heavy like there is toner left.... Will not purchase again!

We purchased these to save money. Guess what. They don't work. One did not work at all. One worked about a week before it caused the printer to start erroring. Did not bother trying the third. Went back to original Brother.

I have a MFC-8890 DW at my office. We tried these off brand toners and for the cost savings they work great. There is not any difference in the quality of the printed material between these and the factory Brother cartridges. The only difference between these and the Brother toner is the Brother high capacity toners will give you 8,000 pages plus some. We were able to get over 9,000 once out of a Brother toner. So far we have used two of the three off brand toners. The first one gave us just over 6,000 pages and the second one gave us about 6,500.

Even with the slightly reduced output, these are a great value and we will continue to purchase them.

These toner cartridges work great in my office printer and are a great deal for the price.
The only thing that I can say as a con was the shipping and handling costs to Alaska but this
is something us Alaskans are used to. Great product. Thank you.

This was my first time purchasing a toner from this company but was drawn by the price. I gave it a shot and I can say that I am finally going to use my second cartridge after months of printing tons of class assignments, ppt presentations, work budgets, personal reviews, etc, etc. My printer is awesome in that it does the job but the ink was a big saver, too. I saved money and got lots of ink mileage. Happy customer.

I purchased this item in order to save money on printing costs for two bowling leagues that I am Secretary for. These toner cartridges work as well as the name brand cartridges, and I get three high yield cartridges for less than the price of one regular yield name brand cartridge.

A chance to purchase this toner for a reasonable price. Works well although the printer has difficulty recognizing it's the real thing and still indicates I need to replace toner..
