Chinese knockoff
The listing was in error and originally was advertised as a cell phone and a battery. Now after getting a battery, (not OEM) I questioned the vendor as was told it was just for the battery, and the vendor refunded my very small purchase price after a series of emails and finally a negative rating. It worked for 2 weeks then it started dieing quickly and I Think these cell phone batterys was used.

The listing was in error and originally was advertised as a cell phone and a battery. Now after getting a battery, (not OEM) I questioned the vendor as was told it was just for the battery, and the vendor refunded my very small purchase price after a series of emails and finally a negative rating. I needed to use the item and bought a 2nd hand cell phone from a different on line auction site, for a mere $11 delivered. Sure came in handy when my spouse dropped her fancy cell phone a few days ago, as all I needed to do was to call my carrier, swing over to the new ESN and just download her phone book back to the replacement cell phone until she decides what new phone she prefers. She was able to continue with her busy business without any hitches, but the Amazon.com vendor should have been more careful proof reading their listing.
