I am pleasantly surprised with this toner. I have purchased compatible toners in the past and while they have worked - they left smudges on the paper when rubbed against. Being cheap, I decided that I only needed the toner for non-important things and I would continue buying cheap toner that smudged.

When I originally received this toner, I thought it were exactly as I had bought before because it came in the same packaging. After using it extensively, I can assure you that I was wrong.

This toner is not only compatible, it is of the same high quality that you get from the manufacturer. It does not smudge or streak. Not even when you push hard and try to rub it off. It prints perfectly even and uniform.

I am extremely happy with this toner.

I was pretty skeptical about the quality of this product, having grown accustomed to paying twice as much for cartridges in the past. But I can say that I am satisfied. I've had it several weeks and prints are crisp and clear. I am anxious to see how the longevity of it plays out. So if you're considering this and wondered about the risk, as I did, weigh in my recommendation for your consideration.

I've always used official Dell cartridges, but I decided to try an alternative since they're so expensive (and I go through several cartridges each year). I've been using this one for about 2 weeks and I've been very pleased. It works fine and the difference in print quality is so minimal that I don't believe it would be a concern for most users.

Just FYI, the carton it arrived in wasn't as sturdy as the Dell boxes and got a bit banged up in shipping, but the cartridge itself wasn't damaged.

Works great and is about 40% less than direct from Dell! No issues after 45 days.

No problems at all. I just had to let it come to room temperature (Minnesota winter delivery) and it worked great!

As the title implies, this toner worked great. Out of the box the toner itself looks new and not refurbished! Printer working as if it had Dell branded toner (i.e lights are solid green).

the unit arrived well packaged and ready to install.after installation i was slightly disappointed with the clarity of the print.it's just a little lighter than the original but i soon got use to it. the price more than made up for the clarity of print.

The ink comes out a bit too dark. The mid-tones are not as pronounced as the more expensive brands. The toner cartridge business should be regulated. Like diamonds, 1000% mark up. Scammers.
