I haven't read the book, just proof-read some parts of it. Rainer Michaeli is one of the most respected professionnals in the field of Competitive Intelligence, and the best known in Germany.This book is great because it brings a typical German approach to the field: thorough, systematic, rational, based on firm theory and practice. I think this book is a "must have" reference for all the professionals in the field. Even if you don't read German, the book is worth it because of the great diagrams.
