1.0 out of 5 stars Interesting concepts presented poorly, August 31, 2010
By
Michael (Wayne, New Jersey, US) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Compiler Design: Theory, Tools and Examples (Paperback)
The book is good for domain-specific solutions, but it doesn't adequately address the issue of multiple inheritance out of the box. It's tough to judge, because the professor I had also didn't do an adequate job teaching, however the book was an unacceptable tool to teach yourself by.

1.0 out of 5 stars A good topic, bad mechanics, October 17, 2010
This review is from: Compiler Design: Theory, Tools and Examples (Paperback)
Like a previous reviewer said, while the book is pretty insightful, it doesn't address the issue of multiple inheritance out of the box. However, it's certainly helpful for domain specific solutions. I did, as well, feel that the book did give a great deal of discerning hints.
