Gain greater understanding of what motivates others to annoy,

I couldn't put this book down, and it really helped me to understand why people annoy others, and why we are affected by it. I would have appreciated a little more help in handling narcissists, but still, it's very much worth buying.

Upon reading this great book by Ms. Kowalski I felt like privy to a mass of knowledge that just initiates have. The book is well written, easy to read, in short, a delightful experience. I hope that this type of literature would catch on and become popular. We all need to read about these subjects and similar ones in order to become better human beings. Dare to know thyself, read this book.

"PLEASE" AND "THANK YOU" ARE STILL MAGIC WORDS!,

I recently had the great pleasure of personally meeting the author, Robin Kowalski, and now I know why this book is so good ... and that's because she's extremely sincere and engaging. In other words, she's got world-class manners.I read this book with great fascination ... it answered a lot of questions about unproductive human interpersonal behavior. Kowalski's book also gives you ways to handle and understand it, and that's what we need the most. Bad behavior ain't ever going away, but now that I understand what causes it, I'm much more confident in dealing with it. So, what do I do from time to time? Well, I'm a substitute teacher ... of teenagers! Todd Sentell also teaches learning disabled students social skills and everyday etiquette. He's also the author of the hilarious social satire TOONAMINT OF CHAMPIONS |
