Very helpful book January 11, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
I'm a librarian in a relatively poor school district and I bought a Kindle so the kids
could have more exposure to technology. With a limited budget, I need all the help I
can get. This book has been so helpful! It goes way beyond the basics with lots of good
info on how to get free books and other reading material. And there's info on useful apps
to enhance the Kindle. And every section of the book describes how to do things on each
of the various Kindle models. It definitely is helping me maximize the use of my Kindle.

Fairly basic December 23, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchaced the first guide for the oriiginal Kindle about 4 years ago and found it very helpful and it included a lot of useful information not provided by Amazon. I bought the new guide since I had the new Kindle Fire but it seemed this guide was very basic and did not provide much useful new information. Maybe for a person new to any Kindle, it would be helpful and it does include info on all Kindle devices.
