There is plenty of information in this book for all baseball fans. It has sections on Service, Batting, Baserunning, Pitching, Fielding, Miscellaneous....in just the Regular Season section alone. Additional sections are Division Series, Championship Series, World Series, All Star Game. The book has lifetime records of the top significant events, ie, GP, BA, 20yr player and pitcher, >.300, .>300 10 times or more, SLG, AB, R, H, Dbl, Trpl, HR, PHR, Grand Slams, and on and on..... It also has team information, club records and individual records per team, back to the year, naught. There is a LOT of information in this book. I have carried this book with me everywhere for the past 2 weeks, and everybody I know who likes baseball has sat for at lease 20 minutes with the book. It is 566 pages and well worth the money.

I've bought copies of this book since SN starting putting it out a few years ago. It is a treasure trove of arcane facts that only a true baseball lover could enjoy. Where else can you find out who has stolen the most bases in a game for the Arizona D-Backs or who looks good on the Red Sox this year. If you like baseball you will love this book.
