Genealogy and geneaology but no internet,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Complete Beginner's Guide to Genealogy, the Internet, and Your Genealogy Computer Program (Paperback)
The title of this book is a bit deceptive. It doesn't focus much on the computer aspect of genealogy; instead it primarily sticks to traditional how-to material for beginning genealogists. Also, the computer related material is designed for the never-picked-up-a-mouse-before neophyte. If you have any computer experience at all, skip this book & get one on genealogy basics. You are better off exploring your software and the internet for yourself.

I have only read the first 30 pages or so and have picked up so many wonderful tips in those few pages.
A must read for beginning to intermediate and probably a great review tool for advance genealogists. Recommend you get this one and read.

This is an excellent book. I am an experienced computer user and genealogist. I bought this book to help integrate the two and it does that very well. At the end of a chapter it has a section which requires you to do something related to the chapter. This forces you to think about and use what you have learned.
