I first purchased this book years ago when I graduated from a law school paralegal program. Although it is from 1996, it is by far the best book I have come across on business forms and guidelines, because of its style, conciseness and the overall quality in the way it was drafted. Any one of the forms can be used as the foundation for an individualized situation, once the facts are applied to it. Great legal drafting never goes out of style, which is what makes this book stand out from the rest. |
