The book provides a wealth of information and forms to be used in organizing and running your corporation. It is written in a format that is understandable by someone who is not a lawyer. The cd contains forms that you can open on your computer and modify for your own purposes.

The book provides a good basic and detailed understanding about corporate forms and the demands that drive them. It is required reading and reference for anyone beginning a corporation that wants an introduction to concepts and forms. Overall, a very good publication.
