I reviewed this book and found it refreshingly simple and truthful. I won't be selling my copy anytime soon! My kid required care when it came to his nutrition. This books makes it clear as to the why. If you have a loved one with severe medical nutritional deficiencies this is the book to read. I highly recommend!

I found this book at a second hand store and can't put it down. What a find. It is amazing to read what they already knew back in the 50's and America didn't listen.I wish I'd read this years ago.
