I have read many books on natural remedies, but this is the 1st on homoepathy, I think I made a good choice, and would recomend to others. There is history and philosophy of homoepathy covered, so it helps person to decide if it fits his choice to use homoepathy.
There are many people who say it is placebo, but I think if it works to recover ones' health why would they be upset? At least they are not poisoned with chemical drugs. Besides, the author explains exactly how it works.
I like that we have many choices for maintaining our health and we should be more appreciative to those who discovered and helped to build homoepathic system, as well as to those medical scientists who has developed tools to tranfer hearts, kidneys and other major surgeries so vital for life.

If you have heard The Savage Nation and possibly listened to one of Dr. Savage's lecturettes on his knowledge of herbal medicine, modern medicine, nutrition, and homeopathy, this is a "must-own" book. I believe it is one of the easier to find, and is chock full of useful information; and, it definitely proves that much of this knowledge was around quite some time ago. If for no other reason, it belongs in your collection next to The Savage Nation, The Enemy Within, and LIberalism is a Mental Disorder, to show that you CAN go from scientific writing to off-the-cuff NYT Bestseller status. All it takes is a little time, and a lot of living....

The book is well written with lots of suggestions to consider. People do indeed rely on prescription chemicals too much but dont realize its not the only answer. Dr.Weiner did a fine job.

If this socialist healthcare really does go into effect; every person in America better have a copy since we will be on our own as far as our health needs. I bought this book to make sure I have some basic help and information about caring for the health needs of my family.

Dr Weiner (aka Michael Savage) is a liar who wrote this book with the goal of separating the ignorant from their money.

Before Dr. Weiner-Savage, my water magic left a lot to be desired and my son (he's one of those kids that pretends to have autism - the good doctor assured me there was no such thing) wouldn't respond to my beatings and/or herbal brainwashing medicines. But now I know exactly what placebo to give him when his thetan level gets out of control. Thanks Dr. Weiner!

I've recently re-read the 1989 version, which is an excellent book on Homeopathy, and was lookiing for an updated version by Dr. Weiner.

I want to say that two of the "reviews" on this book are referencing the WRONG Michael A. Weiner! They are talking about the conservative commentator Michael Alan Weiner aka Michael Savage. If my review is not posted, then Amazon needs to take those off that do not apply to this book/author!
