This book covers pretty much all the basics. Including basic appliance repair. Lots of clear illusrations. Covers basic techniques with shortcuts and hints. This book shows you how to do what you want to do. We checked this book out from the library and were so impressed we bought a copy for home reference. We only gave this book four stars because it dosen't do the work for you.
