I treat people using Alternative Medicine Doctor, and plan to work full time soon in this field. I first found the 1972 edition of this Rodale book at a used book store in year 2000, and was amazed at the authors' insight into the role of minerals for human health. This subject is greatly underrated by conventional western medicine.
Well written, over 550 pages, numerous research citations, with a clear explanation of the negatives and postives of minerals and their deficiencies, including the dangers of toxic minerals to human health. How can I put this book in a nutshell; There is no comparable book available to this day, in terms of scope, depth of author knowledge, and originality of content. Get a copy if you have any interest in Alternative Medicine.
