i teach swimming to adults and have found this book the best adjunct to my instructions...counsilman keeps it simple and understandable to novices and his techniques have survived the test of time...i highly recommend this book to beginners and to instructors to give to their students..it helps students to better understand the basic principles of swimming...sam wein
