My 7 year old son decided he wanted to do this workbook without any interference from me. He refused to even let me check his work.

I had my doubts, but he completed the book and gave it to me to look over, and he actually DID understand each exercise!

It is all laid out in perfect little steps that aren't too hard. The very basic information is given to the child, so he or she never gets confused.

I love this book and plan to teach all 6 of my children about time and money using nothing else.

This is one of the best workbooks I have ever come across -- and I'm a homeschooler, and I've looked at plenty.

I highly recommend this one!

Bright pictures, fun practice pages, but best of all the workbook moves slowly enough and has so many practice pages your child has a chance to master each new skill before moving on to the next. Many other workbooks move too quickly and don't have enough practice exercises for your child to truly master each skill presented.

A rare find in workbooks. Excellent resource for home-schoolers or children who need additional practice at home. Book is divided into easy to use color coded sections for each skill, time to hour, time to half hour, counting by pennies, counting by nickels, etc.

I cannot say enough about this work book. I love that each lesson is repetitive. The children actually have a chance to learn the skills before moving on to the next level. Wonderful!! I just went to the M.Hill website to find more books. I'm hoping they are all set up like this. Amazon seems to have a great price at a $10 and some change. They are 14.95 from the M. Hill site.

I have used this book with learning disabled children and they really get it! The book breaks down each task sequentially and uses real money and time images.The book also teaches the language of money and time. This is what you need1

My five year old granddaughter wanted me to buy her a watch. I told her that if she learns to tell time I will buy her a watch. Since she already knows how to tell time to the hour I bought her this book. I haven't seen her smile so brightly in a long time.

The telling time section starts out telling the child about the parts of the clock (big hand, little hand) this quickly turns into little hour hand. Right from the beginning the child is excited with the cutting and pasting and coloring the big hand blue and the little hand red type of assignments.

The money section does a good job of identifying the coin and counting the coin. The introduction of the cent sign immediately is wonderful as well.

This is a sensational workbook for the money. When coupled with Money Bags a Coin value game children learn how to count money rather swiftly. As a homeschooling granny and tutor to many children I would highly recommend this book. I give this book 5 thumbs (stars) up.

I came across this book originally at Sam's club for $4.99, and picked it up for my son. We are homeschooling 6 children and my wife liked the book so much that she color-copies the pages so my daughter can also do the assignment. She makes several copies so even the little ones can 'try' it.

Unfortunately, the cost of color printing at home is not negligible. Since she liked it so much I returned to Sam's to buy 5 more copies, but they were sold out and would not re-stock. I hesitated in paying $10-11 per copy, but the kids really eat this up and have rocketed in their understanding of time, money and math in general using this book. It is a great accessory for learning.

I finally bit the bullet and bought 5 more copies at the $10-11 price. It will be worth it, considering that is the cost of one print cartridge for a color printer these days.

I only regret I did not know how good this book was, and I did not purchase several copies the first time around.

This book is fun and paced so that your child can "jump in" wherever they need some extra help or understanding. After doing plenty of pages in this (big) book, your child will definitely have a firm grasp on the subject of money.

Our child was struggling to learn the concepts of time and money. So I turned the to the familiar Complete Book series in search of a book on the topic. Viola! The search engine here on Amazon picked the Complete Book of Time and Money. The title of this book really says it all. It is a book which will teach your child step by step to master the concepts of time and money. The pages are parent/child friendly with clear instructions and colorful illustrations throughout. By the time your child has completed this book they will have a firm grasp on the concepts of time and money.

We got this book yesterday for our 4 years in Walmart for $10.00 along with a set of coins for $2.00. Started today with the money section. We were working with it for two hours without a break until I got tired myself. Great approach and sequencing, and fun for a child. Definitely must to have.

This is the second time I have bought this book. I taught my older child a few years ago and am now teaching my 6 year old. She loves this book. It is her favorite school subject. It slowly introduces concepts so they become second nature. I have her do 2 pages of money and 2 pages of time every day but it is certainly easy enough to do more if wanted.
