5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, meaningful, splendid, buy now., June 5, 1999

This review is from: Complete Brownie Mcghee (Audio CD)
A decent collection of vital wonderful Brownie McGhee music. Includes great sides with Buddy Moss. I prefer these recordings to the later, very good Sonny Terry collaborations. Sony has done a decent job of collecting a small library of classic songs here, though I would have liked to have seen Yazoo take it on. Worth it for Swing Soldier Swing alone.
