5.0 out of 5 stars This book is THE authority on Long-Term Care
This is the perfect manual for developing long-term care plans. While it is not--as the description indicates-"care-plan-in-a-can", it is so much better. It guided me through the process of developing the best plan for my organization. If you are willing to do the work and put the thought in to it, this book will help you develop your ideal plan.

I am very disappointed in this book. It has a lot of theory and analysis, but not the hands on care planning ideas I was looking for. Way overpriced for the amount of information in it!!

I am very disappointed in this book. It has a lot of theory and analysis, but not the hands on care planning ideas I was looking for. Way overpriced for the amount of information in it!!
