A must buy. This book told me many new facts about vitamin, mineral and food use to help with the health of my body. Full of very useful information and easy to use. Gives many tips to help with your health and memory. I'm sure if you follow the books advice it will add years to your life. Great for everyone not only people challenged with sugar, cholesterol and fat issues. Able to purchase it at a greatly reduced price on Amazon. I recommend it highly.

This book provides nothing new. It's just a summary of information available in a thousand other places. Totally useless and a complete waste of money.

This book is GREAT! It is easy to read and understand. I bought one of these books and told a friend. I then bought the book for them. Then I told my sister about the book, and she borrowed it for herself to read. She also wanted to tell one of her friends who was having touble with his blood sugar and on the verge of losing his job over it. She then called me with a question about something in the book, and also said that it was easy to understand. I was a type 2 diabetic who was having some trouble getting my blood sugar under control. I also have HBP, and that was not doing to good either. After reading this book, and eating the right kind of foods I am no longer taking medicine for it. I no longer have to take blood pressure medicine either. This book is life saver to me! If you order this book then be prepared to be better physically if you follow what it says to do. I paid more for this book, but it was worth it to improve my health.

My husband recently found out he has diabetes. He is not internet savvy. So this book is good for him. If you are a whiz at finding just about anything on the internet, this probably won't interest you. But, for the rest of the real world(who aren't plugged into the great world wide web 24/7)...it is pretty good! No pictures, which kinda disappointed my husband, but very easy to understand, short paragraphs on many subjects. NO PICTURES though!I must stress that...Because I figured there would be, but alas, NO! Other than that, it is full of good info for the newly "diabetic" inductee...

I haven't seen the product and researched it yet. I was disappointed that it was a video but I should have paid attention more to the advertisement.
