I speak around the world on lead generation and marketing strategy. Edwards did an outstanding job crafting "The Complete Customer Service Letter Book" to give you a roadmap on how to master writing letters to your customers.

There are few resources I can think of where you can "easily perfect" your letter writing techniques for Business to Business customer service.
