When multi-talented recording artist Sarah Popejoy visited the studio this past summer, an anthem album was created. The debut album, entitled Complete Exposure, offers a fresh brew of sound that is tastefully satisfying. Big production and gutsy songwriting decorate the album with 10 originals and a Mary-Chapin Carpenter cover, "Middle Ground". Complete Exposure leaves the listener with nothing but an instinctive hunger for more of Sarah's distinctive sound. Sarah's debut album, Complete Exposure, is an awesome example of versatility of musicianship ranging from the driving Latin American sound of "A Prayer", the power-rock'n'roll-ballad "Love Shouldn't Hurt", the western-beat of "Downtown Churches", the urban edge of "Best Intentions", a slice of American Pie in "Jimmy", and to the psychedelic swirling sounds of "Perception". This dynamic album creates a unique blend of music that is as unique as the artist herself.
