This book is a must own for every health/fitness enthusiast. It details all parts of an exercise program, explaining their importance, and how they correlate for a complete plan. Whether you are exercising for strength, muscle shaping and conditioning, or better overall health and well-being, this book will show you step-by-step how to get there. For people who active fitness buffs, this book will only enhance your current routine. I know Ed Burke from my college days and there is not a better leading expert in health and fitness around that is as knowledgable and can instruct with real-world examples and advice. Buy this book and you won't be disappointed.
