ALthough some of the preparations are unusual, there are none I don't intend to try at least once. THere are plenty of recipes for grilling all types of meats and cuts -- pork, chicken, vewal, beef, lamb -- and a good fish section as well. The pointers on the art of grilling are thorough and easy to follow. All told, a staple in my house!

I love this book. This grilling book gives you more than your mundane burger/chicken that most grilling books have. It includes many different varieties of meats, seafood, poultry and all the sides. There is so much more to grilling then covering food with BBQ sauce and this book gives amazing recipes similar to what you would find in an upscale gourmet restaurant. The pictures make you want to run to the store and begin cooking and eating. Why eat food drenched in bottled marinates when you can walk through these recipes and enjoy fresh, intense flavors and foods that bring joy in both the preparing and eating. This is a must have book.

I love the recipes in this book! There is a BBQ sauce that is mouth-watering! The recipes are easy to follow for any level of cook.
