I have tiled for about 30 years... BUT I have never built a shower pan from ground up. Excellent instructions and photographs... the book is worth it for this alone. I've enjoyed the entire book.

Very useful book for beginner or expert tile layers. Great pictures, illustrations, and instructions. Gives you in-depth help on doing tile projects for your home. I highly recommend this book.

We were about to remodel our home when I bought this book from Amazon. This has the most awesome pictures and instructions. It is very beautifully done and it was quite helpful. There is one project in here that I love so much that my hubby keeps telling me "it will get done, sometime, I promise"!!! He is a man of his word!

We bought this book when we started renovating our house. We knew we wanted tile floors, but did not know much about tiling. I saw is at Menards and liked some of the pictures and then I found it cheaper on Amazon. This book has plenty of ideas to use with ceramic tile and gives good step-by-step instructions for completing projects. We have used it to help with installing infloor heat and tile floor, as well as make our own custom tile vanity top. There are other ideas presented in the book that we would like to try in the future such as a tiled garden bench and a tiled mirror frame. This is a wonderful book for those starting out as well as the experienced tile-layer.

I love all the Black and Decker home construction guides. I have no construction experience and learned almost everything I needed to know to completely remodel my house from them. I definitely think they are the best out there. I really appreciate the step by step color photographs. Many other construction guides use illustrations instead which i don't find as helpful.

Just starting out in home updates--found this book to be very helpful for a beginner such as myself.

Fast delivery, book in new condition, i would buy again. i have not read the book yet sorry. good pictures
