It is big, but is also the first text that I have seen that has it all. excellent accumulation of ecgs and descriptive as well. great for cardio boards and must do for any cardio fellow. some explainations on coding may be different than acc / board standard but still worth it to go through at least once during residency / fellowship as it gives excellent overview of the topic. straight to the point vignettes.
