A must have for all raters and senior raters
This book is just as the title implies, a complete guide to writing good NCO-ERs. It goes through all the sections in an easy to understand step by step format. It also give suggestions for positive and negative bullet comments that you can either use straight from the book or simply use for brainstorming your own comments. Compared to many of the other NCOER help...

I bought this for my PSG's to use as a guideline. Any good NCO knows that if you do your counseling and 2166-8-1 and do it right, you don't need any of these "writing" guides. I got it fairly cheap. It's not much different than the ones you find in the PX. Not sure if I would purchase again. Maybe you should consider proper counseling instead?

This book is just as the title implies, a complete guide to writing good NCO-ERs. It goes through all the sections in an easy to understand step by step format. Compared to many of the other NCOER help books this is the best one I have come across and is well worth the money.
