I really enjoyed this book. I recommend it for those interested in understanding night energies. It has many good exercises and helped me to expand my night experience. I enjoyed the details for night altars...I had previously read Konstantinos "Nocturnal Witchcract"(another book I recommend), and felt this was a nice continuation for people interested in this area of the Craft. The spiritual beings part of this book focused on Angels of Darkness, good, but I would like to see a bit more on other deities beyond angels, so that is why I am giving in 4 stars instead of 5 stars...overall a helpful, insightful book.

Having been introduced into Magick by the works of Crowley and Konstantinos, I must say this was a refreshing break from all the "darkness". Granted, this book focuses on night energies. However, there is nothing "dark" about this book. She guides you through altar building, skrying, meditation etc... There is an overall soothing feeling to the work contained within. Nothing dark, or scary. But a practical, common sense approach to harnessing the powers of the night. A worthy addition to a magician's book shelf. Ms. Eason writes in a way that anyone, wether novice or expert can understand. Wether you are new to the occult, or a decades old veteran, you will find something here that you can use.
